Community Career RoadMap

The PearDAO Community Career Roadmap is designed to provide opportunities for communiy members to build the DAO together. Our community members are able to start from new joiners to become guardians, local mods, global mods, and professional team members of PearDAO via completing different tasks. To make it easier for our members to climb career ladders, we have designed learning materials at our own discord channel.

1.Guardian (Volunteer)

What is “Guardian”? “Guardian” are community leaders committed to support of PearDAO in their local communities.

Qualification:

1.Active in the global community and become top 10 positions on telegram or discord Creating content to drive brand awareness and attract new user Experience trading on Pear Marketplace at least 10 transactions

2.Participate in providing feedback and suggestions for product improvement

Responsibilities:

1. Engage and help the community regarding any questions or issues in local community.

2. Run AMA in the local community to introduce and promote PearDAO Translate and post our announcements within 24 hours upon global’s publication.

3 Assist in organizing online and offline events.

2.Local Moderator ( Paid Volunteers)

“Local Moderator” are community moderator committed to support of PearDAO in their local communities.

Qualifications :

1.Increase local community members by at least 500 members since joining

2. Creating content to drive brand awareness and attract new user

3.Participate in providing feedback and suggestions for product improvement

4. Collaborate with 1 outside project per month to do an AMA or Campaign together

5.Refer at least 1 Merchant and promote to have at least 50 trades per month(P2P market/ NFT marketplace) in local areas

Responsibilities :

1.Engage and help the community regarding any questions or issues in local community.

2 Run AMA in the local community to introduce and promote PearDAO Translation and post our announcements within 24 hours upon global’s publication.

3.Assist in organizing online and offline events.

4. Write a short weekly report on the local community’s feedback/issues/questions.

Benefits :

3.Global Moderator

Qualifications :

1.Increase at least 800 local community members each month.

2. Creating 1 tweet per week to drive brand awareness and attract new user

3. Write a short weekly report on your local community’s feedback/issues/questions.

4.Collaborate with other projects at least 3 projects per month to do an AMA or Campaign together Project

5. Create 1 educational content for PearDAO features and products

6. Refer at least 2 Merchant per month promote to have at least 100 trades per month(P2P market/ NFT marketplace) globally

Responsibilities :

1.Engage and help the community regarding any questions or issues in global community

2. Run AMA in the global community to introduce and promote PearDAO

3.Assist in organizing online and offline events

4. Write a short weekly report on the global community’s feedback/issues/questions.

5.Collaborate with designers, PR and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects Edit and proofread copy as needed

6. Use SEO principles to maximize the brand of

Qualifications :

1.Increase global community members by at least 5000 members since joining

2.Creating 1 content per week to drive brand awareness and attract new user.

3. Write a short weekly report on global community’s feedback/issues/questions.

4.Collaborate with at least 5 project per month to do an AMA or Campaign together.

5. Promote to complete at least 300 trades per month.

6. Manage and support local and global mods.

Responsibilities :

1.Outreach to blockchain and crypto projects and establish various collaborations.

2. Plan strategies to ensure the long term development of the project and most importantly, the overall growth of the ecosystem.

3.Acquire new affiliates via online channels.

4. Engage with and support our existing affiliates.

5. Boost performance of our affiliates and affiliate program. 6.Scope out potential partnerships that will drive the adoption of the ecosystem.
