Product Manager
We are looking for a passionate product manager who is familiar with the crypto industry to join our fast-growing team. Our ideal candidate is an English fluent, data driven, passionate and highly adaptable crypto native. You will transform ideas/research into strategies and product features, and you will be working with the developers and operations/marketing team to plan and deliver the final product from start to finish, which contributes to the growth of our ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Work closely with designers and developers to create high-craft products that deliver the best user experiences in Web3.
Collect and analyze feedback from community, users and stakeholders, consolidate them into requirements, features and end products.
Conduct competitor analysis, learn from the market and differentiate from competitors.
Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD).
Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
Qualifications
At least 1 years of experience in the crypto industry.
At least 3 years of relevant experience as a product manager.
Knowledgeable in the decentralized and multichain ecosystems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Mandarin speaking is a plus.
Strong working ethics.
Strong research skills.
Fast learner, able to absorb new knowledge in the blockchain industry.
Good exposure in a remote working environment.
