On chain Escrow

The digital assets being escrowed on Pear will be non-custodial. Pear will never hold any assets from the users when trades are being initiated and executed. An escrow smart contract will ensure the proper release of digital assets after both parties have confirmed the trade. All transaction data will be fully transparent. They are trackable and accessible by all blockchain participants. By removing centralized operating infrastructures, the middle-man cost can be avoided.
