How to appeal

When you encounter any controversy when trading P2P on PearDao, please remember that there are always PearDao Nodes ready to solve all your problems. Make sure the Telegram user id that you have left on the platform is accurate and contactable.

If you did not receive a response from the counterparty within 30 minutes after confirming the transaction, then you would go to appeal.

Step 1: When the time has elapsed to wait for your partner to respond, you have two options;

  1. Contact DAO customer Service

  2. Apply for arbitration

There will be some advice for you. Or you have some questions that need to be answered, you can choose to contact DAO Customer service.

1.2. If you cannot reach the buyer/seller, or reach on agreement with the other user, please file an appeal.

Step 2: Please agree to the appeal fee by confirming the transaction on the wallet

Step 3: After successful confirmation of the appeal fee, wait for our arbitrator to contact you within 24 hours.

Step 4: When someone contacts you and says he is PearDao Node, double check the telegram username, it should match the information on the PearDao appeal page.

Step 5: Please share with him the problem you have with P2P transactions on PearDao, and provide the proofs he requested.

He will contact your partner to find out the problem and solve it.

Step 6: When the problem cannot be resolved, the PearDao Node will create a chat group for the two parties. Any valid proof can be provided, including but not limited to chat history, payment screenshots, explanations, etc.

Step 7: Once the problem is clear, the PearDao Node will determine the winner-loser and solve the problem. The winner will receive the Arbitration Fee back.
