How to use NFT marketplace

📝(SELLER)

✅Buy NFT

✅Go to My NFT

✅Select the NFT you’d like to sell (NB: you can also select more than one)

✅Choose Fiat or BNB

✅For Fiat, set price correspondence with your country fiat, Also fill in your correct TG username so Buyer can easily contact, as well trade terms.

✅For BNB, you only need to set amount of BNB you want to sell NFT

✅ Then click “Approve (1 time required)” you’ll be charged little BNB gas fee to confirm transaction

✅finally you can click sell, then confirm transaction with little gas fee, then wait for buyer (NB: 0.002 BNB transaction fee will be charged for fiat, 0.5% of BNB you sold will be charged for BNB payment method. These will only be charged if transaction has been successful)

✅wait for buyer, and ensure to consistently check you telegram and PearDAO website if you want to sell in Fiat, so you can know if you got a buyer already

✅After getting a buyer, kindly release NFT with a little amount of gas (for fiat)

✅You’ve successfully sold an NFT

✅Go to Buy NFT

✅Go to “your NFT wallet”

✅To easily locate the NFT you want buy you make use of the search option

✅When NFT is found proceed to click Buy

✅Ensure to check payment details, Fiat or BNB ✅For Fiat you need to fill in Telegram details then contact Seller on telegram, But for BNB you only need to have the actual amount of BNB the seller wants to sell in your wallet

✅For Fiat, Please get in touch with the seller to get the payment method and complete the payment, then proceed to inform Seller to release NFT

✅If payment is in fiat you need to click “Go to pay” then confirm with little amount of gas fee, if payment is in BNB you only need confirm BUY with little amount of gas fee.

✅Wait for release within minutes
