# Operations Manager

We are looking for a passionate operations manager who is familiar with the crypto industry to join our fast-growing team. Our ideal candidate is an English fluent, passionate and highly adaptable crypto native. You will be responsible for external project engagements and internal team operations, where you will be working with the developers and marketing team to plan and execute projects that are related to the development of our ecosystem.

**Responsibilities**

* Outreach to blockchain and crypto projects and establish various collaborations.
* Plan strategies to ensure the long term development of the project and most importantly, the overall growth of the ecosystem.
* Acquire new affiliates via online channels.
* Engage with and support our existing affiliates.
* Boost performance of our affiliates and affiliate program.
* Scope out potential partnerships that will drive the adoption of the ecosystem.

**Qualifications**

* At least 2 years of experience in the crypto industry.
* At least 4 years of experience in operations or business management.
* Knowledgeable in the decentralized and multichain ecosystems.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Mandarin speaking is a plus.
* Strong working ethics.
* Strong research skills.
* Fast learner, able to absorb new knowledge in the blockchain industry.
* Good exposure in a remote working environment.
